Ak - Karen Residence

A Mediterranean and Swahili inspired architecture; the plan was developed around a courtyard concept. This allows for a house that is well-lit, enjoying wide-open circulation spaces. All spaces on the ground level have direct access to the well-manicured courtyard garden allowing for an organic interaction between the external courtyard and internal spaces.
